We are a locally owned, family-operated vegetation management company serving San Diego and Riverside Counties. Every project is completed with the same principles that guide our business: honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to serving our community.
Wildfire is a year-round concern in Southern California. Our mission is to help homeowners, businesses, utilities, and government agencies reduce fire hazards through safe, reliable weed abatement, brush clearing, defensible space, and vegetation management.

Daniel Osborn
Founder & Operations Director
Daniel Osborn has worked in vegetation management and demanding outdoor field operations since 1999. His hands-on experience includes weed abatement, brush clearing, fire-hazard reduction, difficult hillside work and large-property vegetation management.
Trained by his father, Ron Osborn, Daniel grew up around vegetation management and learned the importance of safe work practices, careful planning and doing every job correctly. He also spent years in the electrical utility trades, adding experience with safety-critical field operations, heavy equipment and challenging terrain.
Daniel founded TerraFuego to bring that experience directly to Southern California property owners. He leads the company's day-to-day operations, property assessments and customer service with an emphasis on honest recommendations, dependable communication and professional work.

Ron Osborn
Director of Safety, Training & Industry Standards
Ron Osborn is the backbone of TerraFuego's commitment to safety, professionalism and operational excellence. He began his career in vegetation management in 1977 and brings nearly five decades of practical field knowledge to the company.
Ron served as a Road Supervisor for San Juan County, New Mexico, where his responsibilities included fire mitigation and large-scale mowing operations. He also taught occupational safety at San Juan College at the OSHA level. His experience includes hazard recognition, safe work practices, regulatory standards and the development of dependable operating procedures.
Today, Ron oversees TerraFuego's safety program, crew training and operating standards. He personally trained founder Daniel Osborn, passing down the field knowledge, discipline and professional standards that guide every TerraFuego project.
